NONE!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t buy a house that I couldn’t afford and I worked hard to save money for the current econ problem. It was called smart planning and not living in the moment.
Your question makes it seem that everyone is irresponsible with their money.

None, I’m even making over payments on the mortgage.
I borrowed for a house that I could afford, I wasn’t one of these people who borrowed the maximum amount for a new build home or a luxury home.

None. I paid extra on mine, and finished paying it off early. Saved myself 7 years repayments. One of my better decisions.

Consider your priorities. Are you paying credit card or personal loan bills and letting your mortgage suffer? Well dont. If you go to they will help you get these legally cancelled, helping you catch up on your mortgage payments.
