Can you file chapter 13 even if you have two properties?
ByI am trying to save my primary residence from foreclosure. Or what other options do I have if I am 4 months in arrears with my mortgage company? $2,600 x 4 =$10,400. My credit is shot.

How about either arranging with your bank to sell one of the properties in order to avoid forclosure or picking up a second job to pay your bills so you don’t have to file bankruptsy?
